Conventions Practice Week 7

Read over descriptive writing samples with students and identify elements that appeal to the senses.

Students are to choose a food they like or dislike, draw it in the center of a piece of paper, and create a web that lists aspects of the food that could be described as they appeal to the 5 senses and emotion

Students will complete a rough draft of the supporting paragraphs that describe the food they have chosen
