Technical Writing

Objective:  Students will convert their outline to a rough draft.

Assignment:  Finish your rough draft by Thursday.  On Thursday we will be working on citing sources.  Final copy is officially due on Thursday.

English 4

Objective:  Students will visualize and perform key scenes from Hamlet. Students will translate Shakespearean English into Modern English for their performance.

Assignment:  1)  Complete SENIOR PLANS survey
                       2) "Translate" Hamlet's Soliloquy, line by line, into modern English.

Read and translate Act 3 Scene 3, the scene in the church where Claudius is confessing his sins to God.

Essential question:  How does worldview impact the plot of Hamlet?
