Friday:
Technical Writing Objective: Students will summarize a non-print source descriptively, informatively, and then evaluate it.
Assignment: Watch the entire speech from the link below completely (switch computers if it doesn't play), and then write 3 separate summaries:
1) Descriptive Summary
2) Informative Summary
3) Evaluation Summary
If you don't remember these types of summaries, here is Chapter 5

Students will finalize their minimum of 4 sources.
Assignment: After completing the ACT exercises, outline your paper based on your supporting details, noting where you will use your quotes from your resource cards. These will both be due on Tuesday.
