Essay Prompt

The story The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street was written in teleplay (TV) form. The show portrays the script with some minor and some major differences.  Using the writing process, write 1 to 2 paragraphs comparing and contrasting the TV show to the script.

                You can write one paragraph with 2 details (yellows) showing MAJOR differences and 1 detail (yellow) showing a KEY similarity.  OR you can write two paragraphs, one showing MAJOR differences and another showing KEY similarities.  Be sure to write a topic/thesis statement that answers the prompt and leads into your argument.
